THE CHEF

Food, designed.

Craig is an architectural designer by trade and a chef at heart, bringing the same creativity he uses to design buildings into the kitchen. A self-taught cook with roots in New Orleans, Craig infuses every dish with the spirit and flavor of his hometown. From crafting comforting meals, preparing flavorful and healthy meal preps, rich pasta sauces, or indulgent cookies and cheesecakes, Craig believes food should not only taste incredible but also look like a work of art. His journey through both vegan and non-vegan cooking has given him a wide range of skills and a playful, experimental approach to flavor.

For Craig, feeding people is more than a passion — it’s a way to share love, creativity, and the joy of gathering around great food.
